to Q water's range of quality air atomizing spray nozzles where small fine water
droplets are formed to provide excellent dust suppression, misting, cooling,

The
combination of water and pressurized air creates dense plumes of fine water
vapour that can be directed to achieve your project outcomes easily and
precisely.
The air atomizing nozzle in
general will consist of 2x major parts.
Part A - The first part incorporates
the main body section which allows the physical connection of water & air
lines for the purpose of mixing the right ratios of water & air mixture
prior to discharge by the spray nozzle.
Part B - The second part consists of
the spray nozzle head. This nozzle head is selected for the type of spray
pattern and water volume required to achieve the desired fine droplet results.
There are no moving parts
and reliability is always assured once the main body and nozzles are correctly
chosen for their duty and when final installation has occurred.
A clean water & air
supply are very important features to keep in mind when designing your delivery
system with these specialized nozzles.
Use some fine filtration
in both the water & air supply lines, & clogging of the fine orifice
path ways within the nozzle assembly due to impurities will be minimal for the life of the nozzle.
